Only 200 yen per month, Simple Japanese Traditional Skin Care

投稿日:

I have been tried this method for about 6 months and got excellent results on my skin so I would love to share this with you all.

The only thing I use for my skin now is "Jyunmai Syu 純米酒", which is made by rice and Kouji 麹. I do not even put any moisturizer because of the natural moisturizer effect  from Kouji.

You always need to check the ingredients list if you want to use it as a cosmetic because some Sake have sugar or some other ingredients in it.

In Japan, it is widely known that Japanese Sake maker has a beautifully white hand because they touch Kouji when they make Sake.

I only used Jyunmaisyu but you can add purified water to it when you apply to your skin if you do not like alcohol smell or have sensitive skin.

What I do is soak 5 to 6 cottons in Jyunmaisyu then gently wipe my face and body or do patting until cottons does not get dirty.

The effects I experienced were a) no more itchy weird rush I sometimes had on my cheek and b) white and brighten skin.

Those two effects were something bothersome for me for a long time (actually years!) so I am very happy now.

You can buy Jyunmaisyu anywhere, even at convenient store. It usually costs 500 yen and it lasts about 2 to 3 months so it is really cheap toner.

If you want to try it, please do so! and if you do not like it, you can just drink it as well.
